One thing we don’t do is fall asleep with a full face of makeup. That’s a big no-no! and the reason why is because sleeping in your makeup can cause breakouts, eye infection, wrinkles, and much more damage. So we make sure to cleanse the makeup and dirt away and then prepare our skin for rejuvenation.
Cleanse and exfoliate
Apply Eye Serum
Before moisturizing, we apply eye serum. The eye serum is highly recommended for women that suffer from dark circles and puffiness under the eye. Iluma intense brightening eye cream is our favorite. It helps to reduce dark circles, wrinkles, and puffiness. You can purchase the Illuma intense brightening eye directly from I image skincare website. Some Estheticians use I image skin care products, if you have an Esthetician you should ask if they sell I image skin care products, trust me you will be glowing in no time.
Moisturize moisturize moisturize! All skin types need moisture to keep from getting dry or damage. Of course, we recommend I image skincare again. The Ormedic Balancing Bio- peptide Creme is an organically blended biopeptide creme that offers anti-aging nutrients and vitamins. To see what it looks like view the image above.
Every night wash your makeup, oils, and dirt off your face. We like to exfoliate every night, but for some people, it’s not necessary. Exfoliating your skin removes makeup and dead skin cells. You want to use a gentle face exfoliator, we recommend using silicone because it is gentle on the skin and it makes cleansing convenient for you. The Luna mini is our favorite face exfoliator. You can purchase a Luna min directly from Foreo website. To see what it looks like view the image below. After, rinse your face with warm water and let your face air dry do not use a washcloth. Washcloths carry too much dirt and bacteria, you don’t want to use a washcloth after you just finish washing your face. Another reason why we recommend air drying is because your skin absorbs products better when it’s damp and if you spend tons of money on skincare you want to make sure your products do their job.
Gel eye mask
Wearing a gel eye mask to bed is not necessary but we just love gel eye masks. Dark circles and puffiness under the eye can be so unattractive and we try to avoid it as much as possible. Gel eye mask will only work if you apply your eye serum on first.
